POSITION SUMMARY: The Contract Processor I is responsible for accurately entering application data, and providing helpful service to customers during the application and verification process.
SCHEDULE: - Permanent fixed schedules with three day ‘weekends’
- 2 Schedules available
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday 3-11:30pm, Sunday 1-9pm
- Sunday 1-9pm, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday 3-11:30pm
REQUIREMENTS WILL INCLUDE:
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Service Orientated - Actively looking for ways to help people
Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Interacting with Computers – Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data or process information.
