Some duties our Spanish Bilingual Client Service Representatives are responsible for include:

  • Providing excellent customer service related to financing applications and contracts
  • Processing and verifying phone and electronic credit applications
  • Providing application support to customers
  • Verifying application information
  • Troubleshooting application errors
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

SCHEDULE: 

  • Full-Time and Part-Time hours available
  • Hours varying from 3:00pm-11:30pm
  • Weekends required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Strong customer service background
  • Detail orientated
  • Problem resolution focused
  • Positive attitude
  • Empathetic and patient
  • Proactive communicator

Preferred:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of call center experience OR 1-year familiarity with the call center industry
  • Background in Communications or Data Entry/Analytics
